Excellent plugin and amazing customer service

I recently set up my WordPress site and installed the Order Picking App plugin to help manage my orders. During the 30-day trial, the customer service was honestly amazing! Niels was super helpful — he went above and beyond to help me sort out my inventory and fix a few setup issues. We were able to chat easily, and he always made sure I understood what to do next. After the trial, I subscribed straight away because the support was just that good. Every time I’ve had a question, Niels been quick to respond and really patient in walking me through things.
