Great BigCommerce Order Fulfillment App

This app is a perfect addition to our BigCommerce Store to help manage order fulfillment. It is easy to use and improves picking accuracy. The customer support team has been very helpful and open to suggestions on how to make the app better.

The app intergrated seamlessly with our BigCommerce store. We were picking orders through the ios app in a matter of 15 minutes. It allows you to use a bluetooth bar code scanner or the intregrated camera with your device. Making picking very efficient.

The in-app and store dashboard make it easy to know inventory needs. I highly recommend this app to anybody looking for an affordable order picking solution to add to your BigCommerce Store.

The app does what it’s supposed to do—straightforward, no frills.

There are only two order-picking apps (Easyscan and this one) for Shopify. We thoroughly tested both and chose this one because of the exceptionally fast and helpful support. The app does what it’s supposed to do—straightforward, no frills. We now pick in batches of 10 orders, which saves quite a bit of time, and the number of errors has been reduced to almost zero.

Excellent plugin and amazing customer service

I recently set up my WordPress site and installed the Order Picking App plugin to help manage my orders. During the 30-day trial, the customer service was honestly amazing! I’ve been using ORDERPICKING APP for WordPress/Woocommerce for a while now and I’m delighted with the results. The app is very intuitive, fast, and has made ordermanagement much easier for me. Was a little hesitant at first as this did not have any reviews. All I can say is if you have a wix website this app will certainly make your life so much easier, value for money is amazing too. The money saved having these new technical features will be amazing. We wanted certain tweeks to meet our business needs. I messaged support and had a late evening response and by the morning i had all requirements met. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic app for order picking

For 5+ years we have processed orders the old way : picking products manually and sending them. However, as out inventory grew, many human errors started appearing so we decided switching to a picking/inventory solution. After two frustrating weeks of searching left and right for WMS and order fullfilment apps, only to find overly complicated and expensive solutions, I have found this app which seems to have been made with my needs in mind. Very simple to install and setup, you can start working right away with your phone. The layout is simple and intuitive, you can see the product photo in the app to make it easier. It also lets you choose which order status to process, which is fantastic since we have many custom order statuses. Lets you attribute different orders to different pickers, so not all people are jammed in the same app. Fantastic app, and the price is very affordable for what you get , especially compared to other competitors. The best thing, it doesn’t slow down my website
