Give your team a shared overview of open orders, picking and packing on a large TV in your warehouse or office.

The Orderpicking App Narrowcasting dashboard displays order information in a browser and refreshes automatically every two minutes. Your team can see what is waiting to be picked, which orders are being worked on and what is ready for packing.

Display the dashboard on a large screen

Open the Narrowcasting tab in the Orderpicking App settings in your webshop admin.

Copy the dashboard link and open it in a browser on your TV or on a computer connected to the screen. Keep the dashboard open to follow order activity throughout the day.

The automatic refresh keeps the overview updated without your team having to reload the page manually.

Follow orders through three stages

The dashboard groups orders by their current stage:

  • Ready to Pick: open orders that have not yet been claimed by a picker.
  • Picking: orders that a picker is currently collecting.
  • Packing: orders that have been picked and are in the packing stage.

This helps your team see where work is waiting and how orders are moving through the warehouse.

See order details and picking progress

Order cards show the information your team needs to follow the work:

  • Order number and order date.
  • Customer name.
  • Number of items.
  • Order price.
  • Assigned picker.
  • Picking progress.

For orders being picked, the dashboard shows the collected quantity against the total, together with a progress bar and percentage. For example, 3 of 6 items picked appears as 50%.

Adjust the display to suit your space

Configure the dashboard in the Narrowcasting settings to match your screen and preferences.

Hide prices

Enable Hide prices to remove order totals from the dashboard.

Choose your background

Set a background using a HEX colour or the URL of your own image. This lets you adapt the display to your brand or workplace.

Choose one or two card columns

Show order cards in one or two columns within each status section. Use a single column for larger cards or two columns to display more orders side by side.

The three stages—Ready to Pick, Picking and Packing—remain visible in both layouts.

Keep the whole team informed

Place the dashboard where your team can easily see it: above the packing area, in the warehouse or on a large office TV.

Narrowcasting gives pickers, packers and managers a shared view of the workload, making it easier to follow progress and see which stage needs attention.
