See which products are needed across all your open picking orders. Picklist combines the quantities for each product into one overview, so you can compare the total quantity to pick with your current stock.

Use it to review demand, identify stock shortages and see which orders need each product.

Enable Picklist

In the Orderpicking App settings in your webshop admin, enable:

Enable the pre picking step with a list of all your open picking products. When enabled this will add a additional tab inside you app.

Select SAVE, then restart the app. This adds the Picklist tab to the navigation.

Log in as a picker and select Picklist at the bottom left of the app.

View combined product quantities

Picklist brings together the products from all open picking orders. If the same product appears in several orders, its required quantities are added together.

For example, if three orders each need one unit of a product, Picklist shows TO PICK: 3. Alongside that quantity, you can see the product’s stock, SKU and location.

This gives you a clear view of the total demand for each product before picking.

Check stock availability at a glance

The stock colours show how the current quantity compares with the amount required:

  • Green — more than required: stock is higher than the quantity to pick.
  • Orange — exactly enough: stock matches the quantity to pick.
  • Red — not enough: stock is lower than the quantity to pick.

For a product with TO PICK: 3, a stock quantity of 6 is green, 3 is orange and 1 is red.

Select the green, orange or red filter at the top of the overview to display products with that stock status.

See which orders need a product

Expand Orders on a product card to see the orders behind its combined quantity.

The expanded list shows the order number, date and quantity required for each order. This helps you understand how demand is distributed, especially when there is not enough stock to cover every order.

Filter by location or date

Use the Location filter to focus on products stored in a particular area of your warehouse.

You can also set From date and To date to narrow the overview by order date. Use these filters to review the products needed for the orders you want to focus on.

Prepare your picking work with a clear overview

Picklist gives your team one place to review product demand and stock availability across open picking orders. Check what needs to be collected, spot shortages and inspect the underlying orders before starting your picking work.
